Dengensha America launched a brand new weld lab at their headquarters in Bedford, Ohio. It is now fully equipped with Flexwave, NDZ capacitor discharge welder, and AC welder and feeder combo to allow weld testing for and with customers. One of our major customers, a well-known stamping manufacturer that supplies their body parts to a major Japanese automaker, just visited Dengensha’s weld lab to perform welding test on Flexwave. They were extremely pleased with the test result. Dengensha is planning to add a Fanuc robot equipped with their servo spot gun to complete this weld lab project late this year.
