DENGENSHA OPENS NEWEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT CENTER IN MEXICO

Bedford, Oh… Dengensha Mexico recently opened its newest customer service and support center in Paseo del Moral in Mexico in November 2013. Primarily opened as a sales and support facility for resistance welding customers in Mexico, Dengensha’s newest center will also be used to support new and existing customers throughout Central and South America.

Dengensha America Loses a Friend & Associate

It is our sad duty to report to you that our friend and associate Roger Hanebrink, Dengensha America Southern Sales Representative, has passed away due to an unfortunate and tragic traffic accident. Roger was with Dengensha America for a little over 2 ½ years. Roger’s dedication and commitment has been an integral part of our success and growth. He will be dearly missed.

Inventory Service Saves Time and Money

Inventory is a free service we offer that helps customers by making spare parts easier to identify and order, cutting down on ordering time, and getting your equipment back at peak performance faster.

We send one of our sales personnel to your facility to collect the make, model, and serial number of all your Dengensha equipment. With that information, we create a customized, organized spare parts database with all the ordering information you will need. We will also create a list of recommend spare parts we think you should have on hand at your facility. In this industry we know that time equals money, so the less time you spend waiting to order parts the better.

Por ejemplo, we recently sent our Midwestern regional salesman to one of our longtime customers, a Tier 1 automotive supplier located in Michigan. They have over 50 pieces of Dengensha equipment and over the course of an afternoon he was able to categorize all the feeders and gather the information he needed. Within fours days we were able to send our customer their database and they have been utilizing and updating it ever since.
